On May 6, NASDAQ and NYSE Arca independently announced that they, in conjunction with other UTP Exchanges, are canceling all trades executed between 2:40 p.m. EST and 3:00 p.m. EST greater than 60% away from the consolidated last print in that security at 2:40 p.m. EST or immediately prior. This decision cannot be appealed. Contact your broker or the exchange if you have a trade that meets these criteria.
